Our team:

Johan Ekstrand

Founded XCPartner AB in 2021.

Johan has worked with export control matters since 2010, primarily in various roles within Saab AB. Since 2021, he has been a full-time consultant, supporting companies across a wide range of sectors, including the semiconductor industry, defense industry, manufacturing, telecommunications, and various start-ups.

Johan was certified as an Export Control Manager through the Export Control Society’s educational program 2011. He holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (2002) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (2003).

Matilda Olai

Since 2022, Matilda has worked in various consulting roles within export control, both in the defense industry and with consulting firms in the high-tech sector, as well as industrial companies affected by sanctions regulations.

Matilda was certified as an Export Control Manager through the Export Control Society’s educational program in February 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Umeå University (2020).

Inge Dagersten

Inge started his career at XCPartner AB in 2023. Alongside his position, he runs a consulting business in information security through XCIT AB.

After many years of experience in various roles in product development and CAD/CAM applications, he began working in export control in January 2011 as a project manager for requirements management and the implementation of export control in IFS Applications. Since then, Inge has held various roles in export control, information security, and data protection (GDPR).

Inge was certified as an Export Control Manager through the Export Control Society’s educational program in 2019.

Todd Malander

Todd was employed at XCPartner AB in 2024 and has since handled major assignments within the defense and manufacturing industries. In addition, he has also worked with certain companies in the semiconductor sector. Prior to joining XCPartner AB, he spent several years working in export control within the nuclear and manufacturing industries.

Todd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics at Lund University in 2018 and has since held various export control roles, including Export Control Officer for technology and software.

Todd was certified as an Export Control Manager through the Export Control Society’s educational program in August 2025.

Matilda Nimander

Matilda is the latest addition to XCPartner AB, started in November 2025. She has a background in controlling with several years of experience in sales and buying organizations, where she has most recently worked with project management and process development.

Matilda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University (2014) and a Master’s degree in Textile Management from the University of Borås in (2015).

Matilda was certified as an Export Control Manager through the Export Control Society’s educational program in February 2026.
